SG-75W – RUBBER-TIRE STUMP GRINDER

For those preferring a high production rubber tire machine, the SG-75W is an attractive option offering unrivaled grinding power with the ability to easily travel over delicate terrain conditions. The cutter wheel is driven by a high torque gearbox and is hydrostatically activated requiring no clutch for engagement.

The SG-75W weighs approximately 4,320 pounds and comes standard with a swing-out operator’s console conveniently folding into the machine for transport. The swing-out console will control all grinding and travel functions. Increasing efficiency, operators can also control cutter wheel swing speed, travel speed, and grading blade functions from the console joysticks. For those preferring to be away from the machine during grinding, a wireless radio remote is available as an option and has alike machine control features compared to the console. When the remote is ordered, the swing out console is still included with the machine.

The turf-friendly rubber tires provide a stable grinding platform and eases damage to delicate terrain. Four-wheel drive is standard and the dual drive tires are removable allowing for the machine to fit through a 36” wide back yard gate. A traction control system can be turned on or off increasing drive power or turnability The cutter wheel is hydraulically engaged by a hydraulic motor which in turn activates the lower gearbox driven.

Cutter wheel grinding dimensions include the ability to swing 72” and grind to a depth of 24”.
